Is this a replacement for emergency care?
No. Unity Health is not for emergencies. Chest pain, trouble breathing, severe allergic reactions, stroke symptoms, severe injury, or life-threatening symptoms should be handled by calling 911 or going to the ER.
Do I need insurance?
No insurance is needed for cash-pay visits. New patient visits are $100, ADHD initial evaluations are $249, established chronic condition management visits are $80, and established acute visits are $60.
Do you treat ADHD?
Unity Health offers ADHD initial evaluations and ongoing management when clinically appropriate. Diagnosis, treatment options, and medication decisions depend on the provider's evaluation, patient history, and applicable federal and state prescribing rules.
Can prescriptions be sent?
When clinically appropriate, the provider may recommend treatment options after evaluation. Controlled substances and certain conditions may require in-person care.
What states are covered?
Unity Health lists licensure in Texas and Arizona.

Terms of Service
Medical Disclaimer
Unity Health provides telehealth services by Ashley Hall, APRN, FNP-C, licensed in Texas and Arizona. Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
ADHD and Medication Disclaimer
ADHD evaluation and management services do not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, or controlled-substance treatment. Medication decisions are made only when clinically appropriate and subject to applicable federal and state prescribing requirements.
Payment Terms
New patient visits are $100. ADHD initial evaluations are $249. Established chronic condition management visits are $80. Established patient acute visits are $60. Payment is due at the time of service. Refunds are not available for completed visits.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments by texting 469-807-1055. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Technology Requirements
You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and a private location for your telehealth visit.
